The centrist Democrats won the elections.
The radical far left Democrats undermined the centrist Democrats and cost our party a Senate seat in Florida, but the centrist Democrats otherwise carried the day anyway.
The best path forward for the Democratic Party is not to accommodate the DSA and far left but to aggressively isolate and oppose them.

A few of us were lucky enough to work on Mass Effect as part of the incredible team at BioWare. Even more of us were simply fans who grew up playing it, just like you, saw what games could be, and got into this industry thinking, "Had to be me."
Either way, it shaped us. It lives on in every story it inspired, and most of all in you, the fans who never stop showing up for it. The galaxy is a better place with more great sci-fi stories in it, and Mass Effect will always be one of the best.

Unity is a worthy goal, but this feels selective coming from someone who switched from voting Democrat to supporting Trump after Musk’s endorsement. Now you’re asking Democrats to “leave behind all the other stuff”, as though people’s rights and the division Musk helped fuel were minor distractions.
I support working with anyone who helps advance clean energy, technology and shared prosperity. But cooperation requires accountability, not collective amnesia. Musk can build useful things without Democrats excusing his behaviour or treating his interests as synonymous with America’s. Where’s the call for him to acknowledge his part and change?

Yes, but people who believe such statements, that AI development can somehow be stopped or banned, and sell their stocks thinking AI "is over" or "the bubble is bursting" aren't much brighter either.
I'll repeat my messages from yesterday:
AI can't be stopped.
AI is here to stay. And it's only getting started.
It's the most advanced, useful, productivity multiplying, world changing technology humanity has ever developed.
You cannot uninvent artificial intelligence. The genie is out of the bottle, and it's not going back in.
Just because someone blocks (theoretically) the construction of a data center in one state doesn't mean anything. Tech giants will simply build it in another state or country.

Just crunched the numbers. Democrats will have complete control of 21 states and DC, with a total of 273 electoral votes. That means that they can abolish the Electoral College without constitutional amendment. We will never have another non-Democrat President. Thank you for saving democracy!

Okay, this is actually far more reasonable than the headlines made it sound.
Gina Hinojosa wants to let ALL already permitted data centers finish construction. And yes, NEW data centers will still be built, just under stricter rules protecting consumers.
She’s not trying to kill the AI buildout. She wants Texas to benefit from it without ordinary people footing the bill.
I can absolutely get behind that.
