Yesterday really hit me in the feels. #XamarinGaveMe so much I can't list it all here even with expanded tweets. When people talk about Xamarin like they are in this hashtag, they aren't talking about the product. They're talking about the products and tools. They are talking about the people that made Xamarin and the community around it. Xamarin inspired me to be better as a developer and in the community. It gave me the opportunity to create beautiful mobile applications. It gave me a chance to make my thoughts and ideas into something that could be touch and seen. It was because of the people who put endless hours into making Xamarin and tools around it. It was because of the people who spoke at user groups and conference. It was the contributors to open source libraries. It was because of the people who helped me when I was stuck on a bug. Being a small part of that was amazing. I cherish my Xamarin MVP award more than my Microsoft MVP award. Thank you @natfriedman, @migueldeicaza, @JosephHill, @JaymeSingleton1, @JamesMontemagno, @maddymontaquila, @pierceboggan, @davidortinau, and so many more.
