Shipped my personal CREA stats ai tool for @HomiesRE beta users today. (It basically just takes the xml files you can get from CREA as a realtor and makes it so you can get charts just by typing a command) ideally we will be expanding The Habistat to make a similar tool with real time TREEB data someday, it's just a much bigger lift than aggregate data.
