🏀 Hoopers!
Respect the game!
• If you don’t get extra shots up consistently = your % will likely not improve.
• If you don’t study the scout = it’s hard to stop what your opponent is trying to do.
• If you don’t watch film = it’s hard to grow your basketball IQ, which helps you make in game reads and adjustments
• If you aren’t locked in to strength, conditioning, nutrition and getting treatment = you will never be the best version of yourself

Unselfishness is the most important factor of team success. When an entire team swallows their pride and puts the team first, great things happen!

People have to understand this scholarship and getting offers is 90% of what you do in front of college coaches. Us coaches and orgs can get the coaches there and hype up our girls and push the part where they will help
Your program. But when those coaches come you have to perform well in front of them. You have to do things that will make them like you! It’s like a movie. The trailer and the hype can be great but if the movie isn’t good to watch it loses its credibility. We have great relationships with TONS of coaches and they listen to what we have to say. But at the end of the day….it’s up to you to do the things on the court to make them buy in!!

“Tough players can take criticism without feeling the need to talk back or give excuses. Tough players project confidence with their body language. Tough players go as hard as they can for as long as they can. Tough players are great teammates.” (Jay Bilas)
Nice job Lizzie!
Had a great day visiting Saratoga Springs. Excited to receive an offer from @SkidmoreWBB! Thanks for believing in me @CoachJT524! @teamtre @RICSAthletics @paulbel72581242
Truth
If you play Club/AAU ball and have social media, then you see offers happening all the time! It can give the impression that EVERYBODY is getting them, so you’re probably wondering where’s yours. These things are not just being handed out like free pretzels on a Southwest flight!
Scholarships are not easy to get!
