"Why is 4th grade homework so easy but wasn't easy at that time when I was a 4th grader?"
-5th Grade Jesse
Kindergartener:
"Mr. Mana acts like a giraffe."
Mr. Mana:
"How do I act like a giraffe?"
Kindergartner:
"Because you're tall and eat leaves (salad)!"
Mrs. Hammer takes the 6th Graders outside for a writing exercise:
One 6th Grader goes around making observations:
6th Grader:
"Ants just mind their business. Why do people squish them? I've never thought about the ants before...."
Story time:
Today, Ms. Merga and Mr. Mana gave out water flasks to our Kindergartners. They begin to quench their thirst. One of them looks into the flask and asks:
"Why is it nighttime in my water bottle? It's so dark in there."
Happy Friday! 🙌🏽😁
