To celebrate the season, we've created a video commemorating Donna Mitchell and her remarkable 41-year career. Our sincere thanks to the current and former Horizon staff and clients. THANK YOU, Happy Holidays, and enjoy the show! youtu.be/oJ31xCxuIqw

Congrats to our very own Tim Finkbiner and Donna Mitchell for being recognized, along with Hal Goodtree and the A.J. Fletcher Foundation, during the HBCU Triumph Gala for their work on the Emmy award-winning documentary, "Shaw Rising."

Every project we complete holds a special place in our hearts. At least that's our excuse for holding on to 40+ years of B-roll. Check out what @UNC did with some of our footage from the 1990's! youtu.be/O0z3x9jVAVk

As part of our Horizon Helps program, our team contacted Vets to Vets United, Inc. to spearhead their fall cleanup. This incredible non-profit is dedicated to pairing veterans in need with shelter dogs capable of being trained to help the veteran with his or her specific needs.

Today we honor and provide thanks to all who have served our nation's call, including our own Chief Master Sgt. (ret) Bob Kamholz. Thank you to all of our Veterans! #veteransday

One of our latest projects is for Plantd, an Oxford-based startup that creates carbon-negative building materials by compressing large amounts of fast-growing grasses. We were lucky enough to get to document this historic day. youtube.com/watch?v=LNxkapML…

As part of our Horizon Helps program, our team joined hundreds of volunteers at Durham Rescue Mission for their annual back-to-school event. The event provides thousands of students and families with backpacks, food, and more. We enjoy helping at this event every year!

It's Jason Cooper's 17th anniversary! Coincidentally, Nancy Carter, who was Coop's very first client, happened to swing by the office. Jason worked with Nancy and Bill Griffin of ILR, Inc. on several interactive grant-funded projects for adolescents in need.
