Between the pollution and the dust that is kicked up from the construction everywhere, these panels will need frequent maintenance and cleaning to keep them functioning well. The just-installed hospital roof was already covered with a thick layer of dust.

同意，90年代到2000年左右流行的是经济自由主义，里根撒切尔减税和经济快速增长踩到了一起（我并不认为有因果关系），后来的克林顿和布莱尔也因为在经济上和保守党相似获得了很多选民支持。直到08年以后和各国开始QE之后，凯恩斯主义才开始又流行起来。

最搞笑的一点是支持里根经济学被扣上保守主义的帽子，本人在社会问题上都很liberal的哦。且里根的很多政策是九十年代以后两党的共识，全球化开始以后克林顿也支持维持低税率且在某些产业进一步减税哦，甚至比里根时代税率还要低。是不是也要被您扣上conservative的帽子🐶
