This is simply a tax on parents. If we were not travelling with our children we wouldn’t need to pay it.

Hey @AldiUK this letter you’ve sent my son is intimidating. You never mentioned to him that he was over paid, threatening him with debt recovery action and asking for immediate payment (on a date 2 weeks before you’ve even sent the letter) is awful. You made the mistake not him.

To top it off, they offer a replacement 24 hour 4 flight transit for a 2 and a half hour flight to Rome?
Should have cancelled them all hours prior!
