I know there's a lot of controversy on the internet, but I'm sure we can all agree as a nation that this sign looks too much like the other sign.

Trying to judge an essay contest, but they're all just so good! Now checking for double spaces after full stops and liberal Oxford comma use.

IP Lawyers, without getting into any particular cases. If say terrorists used a company's branding as a disguise, and the company suffered a loss as a result, is there a potential passing off claim there?

Love my eye doctor "You have indictions of cataracts." "Oh no." "That's normal, you wouldn't need surgery until your 80s. If you make it that far." "Thanks for the vote of confidence." "I can see the rest of your medical notes."

Linguists... Any idea why people from Bradford pronounce it Bratfud? Is that some hold over from before the great vowel shift? Or are we just oiks?

People who were kids in the 70s... Do you think grown ups had just taken out massive insurance policies on us? That would explain a lot.

Hearing in Wales today. I love that the satnav gave up and just started spelling out the place names.

Does a third party have standing to appeal an S.80 Closure Order? (I really fancy chips and chilli sauce but the old bill have closed the kebab shop)

MA lawyer friends. It seems apparent that the jury were 11:1 for NG. But that's only gleaned from the argument about the note. For the purposes of deciding on a retrial, can the CW take that into account? Or do they work from the premise they don't 'officially' know?
