Email templates are great when they work, but being limited to {first_name} {last_name} is like being stuck in 2007.
We just launched Intelligent Templates -- write any variable you want and Housecat fills the blanks.
You get the consistency of a template (no ai slop, consistent approach) but with the intelligence and power of an LLM to fill in the blanks.
Here's a quick demo, would love to know what you think!

I built myself Muse / Instinct over one weekend...
The main advantages are that it uses my existing Codex / Claude subscriptions, runs in our existing exe dev environment (i.e. no data to Meta), and it's infinitely customizable (it can edit its own code!)

Security and data *must* be central to every Agent product. These are the five things I believe that every agent needs:
Sandboxing -- give the agent its own computer.
Data & memory controls -- let users see, edit and delete what the agent knows about them.
A dedicated gateway -- control what the agent can access and what actions it can take.
Audit logs -- make everything the agent does observable.
Transparency -- communicate how data and security works, and follow industry standards

Housecat is the inbox that gets real work done
Over the last 20 years email has barely changed...
The new email app from @housecatinc changes that.
Designed for people who live in their emails. Update your CRM, open a new Claude session or share in Slack... from your inbox.

Great summary of how to build a "self-improving company" from @t_blom. Some companies will be able to use this advice to figure this out for themselves. But if you're not sure where to start @housecatinc is the AI operating system for small teams. Please reach out!
In a recent batch talk, YC General Partner @t_blom broke down how to build a self-improving, AI-native company.
He walks through how to create recursive, self-improving AI loops, and why founders who get this right will run companies that improve while they sleep.
