Czech activists have launched a social campaign reminding people that the war in Ukraine is still ongoing.
Realistic visuals and animated photos have appeared on the streets of Prague, showing what the Czech capital would look like if war came there.
The project was created by the Paměť národa organization (“Memory of the Nation”) together with the OAK agency. According to the agency’s co-founder, Tereza Svěráková, by helping Ukraine, Czechs are also strengthening their own security.
The campaign accompanies the charity fundraiser “Pomozte Ukrajině s Pamětí národa,” which raises funds for humanitarian aid and equipment for Ukrainian medics. Seventy-five percent of the goal was collected in the first week.

The 10th jubilee edition of the #Skoda Classic Tour took place this past Saturday, setting a new record with 218 crews taking part. Škoda employees from the Mladá Boleslav, Kvasiny, and Vrchlabí plants drove cars built before 1993 on a 135 km route, which even included a passage through two production halls at the Mladá Boleslav factory.

This year was particularly special as the Škoda employee rally celebrated its 10th anniversary. Open to all brands of cars manufactured before 1993, the event showcases beautiful historic vehicles. Adding to the nostalgia, several exhibits from the Škoda Museum could be seen along the route, including the iconic #SkodaSuperb 3000 OHV from 1939. Combining the relaxed atmosphere of a family gathering with the thrill of a one-hundredth rally, this year's Škoda Classic Tour was a true highlight.
