The games from the @UrsaTVCanada Stellar Fest 2 qualifier we're nothing short of brilliant. The @Patches_SC2 Mod has been such an enjoyable and fresh take on the game. It feels like the stated goals of the 8 worker patch, have actually been achieved with the Patches mod
I'm pretty positive caduceus is something you should be rushing on patches mod as a Terran player.
Caduceus = double energy regen + double healing beams
4 medivacs = 8 medivacs post upgrade
8 medivac cost = 800 800
4 medivac + caduceus = 650 650

Damn, more of last week's online cups were played on @Patches_SC2 Balance Mod than on the live version of SC2? As much as high-level players dislike the current live patch, I'd like to think this is much more because the community-made mod is just that good and interesting.
