Truffle Samp Polenta (African food - corn kernels that’s been chopped until broken mixed with corn flour)
Inspired by my trip to South Africa — three of my favorite desserts on one plate: Malva Pudding topped with a chocolate and ice cream ‘protea’, a Dom Pedro (@naveenduwadi’s favorite) made with Amarula liqueur, and s’mores with Rooibos tea-infused marshmallow.
When your friend wants a vegan dessert with no sugar or gluten - you make her a vegan cheese cake with a chocolate cap and berries 3 ways - frozen, fresh and puréed. @mumu_monette
