I'm the photographer of these photos these are not AI generated photos. He had a second phone and yes there is a door on the side of the building . Here's a different angle that you can see the door. Taken at a Mass service the week before.

These are images from different times throughout Broadview with the building in the background that that's where the man was in the parking lot. Barricades have been put up and people aren't allowed to go up to the ice building itself so this was the closest he was able to get
