Ring Ouzel one of my favorite birds. Generally difficult to photograph in the UK but coming within three metres at Del Serriana, Valancia. A big study is underway to try to identify where these are coming from.

Scabious on Saturday. This is a native wildflower much loved by bees and butterflies. I also really appreciate seeing it in our Suffolk country lanes as I cannot seem to grow it in our garden. #wildflowers #Suffolk #beefriendly
