did you know that the “Mayor of Maria Hernandez Park” aka “Tree” takes care of the park pigeons?!
Bushwick's "bird man" barely rustled after an unbelievably shitty week. bkmag.com/2026/10/21/juan-ro…

amazing story on the “Mayor of Maria Hernandez Park” aka “Tree” who I saw get shot outside my apartment 🎵 and he’s already back to blasting Evanescence every morning again!! 🎵
Replying to @brooklynmag
Within mere days, he was shot in the leg and lost one of his coops. And yet, the neighborhood icon, known to some locals as "The Mayor of Maria Hernandez," claims he's at "100 percent." bkmag.com/2026/10/21/juan-ro…

This scene was legitimately insane and I saw my entire row (including me) do this exact motion. My jaw was wide open for the next 10 minutes.
There was a part in You Can See Everything where everyone in our packed theater did this

Nathan Fielder reveals that Elizabeth Holmes called him from prison last week. “She had not called me in over six months. I had not heard from her in any way…she asked how I was doing. I asked her if she had seen any stuff about the film coming out and how she felt about it. She told me she had seen some stuff, but most things she just isn’t seeing, so she’s heard things, but she hasn’t really read anything. And then, at the end, she said to me - ‘I trust you.’ I said, ‘OK, thanks.’” (Source: wired.com/story/nathan-field…)

i worked with Amanda Seyfried right out of high school in 2008 and now seeing her in “You Can See Everything” it’s amazing to see she’s still so down to earth. i hope her involvement takes down Billy

This is so stupid. “DSA sent me anthrax” right ok
Today, I received a threatening letter at my Grand Rapids, Michigan office that contained unidentified white powder. The letter, which claimed to be from the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), made a direct and specific reference to an impending “civil war” beginning after the election. The letter sent to my office is similar to those received at other congressional offices across the country. The DSA has not yet addressed the attacks, either to condemn them or to take or deny responsibility. The Grand Rapids Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) responded immediately. Threats and extremism are not signs of strength—they are signs of a weak mind and weak character. Political intimidation has no place in our democracy, and leaders must condemn it, not excuse it. I’ll keep standing up to bullies on the right and the left.

The Wall Street Journal wants you to believe that rent stabilized apartments are sitting vacant because landlords can’t afford to repair apartments. The truth is that these landlords delay repairs for years and decades, and are now trying to force New York to let them rent at market value so they can make more money. We broke it down.
