Every year our daughter, Lucinda, aged 9, likes to plan and host a charity event. Today she held her coffee morning and shop in aid of @AirAmbulanceNI - A charity that she is aware of due to the number of farmers in our area who owe their lives to the incredible work they do.
Yesterday we went to Warwick Castle and saw some very impressive topiary in the Peacock Garden. We thought of you @ronaldopeacock and think maybe Felsted needs some peacock topiary in your honour
We aren't open yet - but hopefully it won't be long until self-catering in Northern Ireland is open. We are 1 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk to Castlerock golf course and 25 min drive to the golf at Royal Portrush and Portstewart.
As part of the Felsted Five Challenge, 5 new arrivals have turned up at @WindsorsHouse - freshly baked and raring to go (they didn’t know about lockdown). #FelstedFamily #FelstedatHome21 @CoFelsted
Lucinda was adamant that she wanted to achieve 20,000 steps (14km) by the end of today so after many laps of the cricket field before breakfast, during lunch and tonight, she finally achieved it by 6.30pm
Concerned at the swift progress of @GarnettsHouse we have enlisted our junior members. 13km today (so far). We passed through the University of Cambridge today and are now hot-footing it towards Warwick. #felstedathome21
