Last Thursday I got confirmation I have a partial labrum tear and won’t be cleared for a few months. In the 7 1/2 years I have been wrestling, this is the longest “break” I’ve had.
If you want to help out, consider taking a look at my Pro Wrestling Tees

Heavy vouch. It’s one of the best knowledge experiences in wrestling I’ve had.
Looking to add 10-15 wrestlers to my private coaching discord. TOTALLY free! I do weekly topics and tape studies as well as offer 1 on 1 mentoring. I want to give back and give opportunities to those who don’t have them or know where to get it! Looking for both stateside and out of the country pro wrestlers. Comment below add location, experience level, and a promo pic. If chosen, I’ll comment back and send you the link. I’ll add throughout the year but small batches works best for meow!
