Apparently, someone associated with RVR Projects, a major national-level contractor, filed for an AAI NOC for this land parcel in 2025. However, personally, I don’t think it will make much progress.

I don’t think anything is going to come up on the land parcel next to Alekhya Rise anytime soon. The land belongs to Totem Infra, whose promoters were reportedly involved in a massive bank loan fraud. After this post, someone reached out to me and tells me that this could be Wipro Circle itself. Wipro original campus might get sold and could make a way for Mixed use development. The latest expansion of Wipro Gopanpally campus could be a step towards that.
