Personally would not get involved with this platform nor entertain what they have going on.
Seems shady asf and if you continue to interact with this platform it’s beyond being a degenerate. You are essentially broadening a platform that has shady dealings.

Whats even worse than that, is that she pays JakeFranko even less, and Jake does 10x more work. And even though Jake deserves better, the amount of abuse Isla would give Jake when things weren't even his fault was absolutely obscene. Everything was Jake's fault. Always.
They decided to get argumentative with dismissive of the feedback that was there to help them improve the morale of the team and assist them in being better leaders. Once I let slip that Isla actually wanted Stephen out of the company a few months earlier...
After she told me and @jakeofranko on a private call about it, and about how her own family used to hear the way Stephen spoke to her and said things along the lines of "wtf are you doing with this guy", she banned me from the Discord server, "fired" me...
Instead of listening to my feedback about how the entire team was frustrated and demotivated by how the company was run and the dodgy/shady way they operated the platform (which @mitsuko_harada was 100% correct about in all instances)...
In those 10 months, due to the terrible management of the team and company, and hearing complaints from all members of the team in different areas, I tried to confront Isla and Stephen in our Discord team chat to point out that their current management style was detrimental.
For those wondering, I launched the DareMarket Discord last year, and spent the last 10 months moderating and being Admin, as well as trying to help with outreach, strategy, attending dev/design meetings, and trying to lead a certain product that has since been shelved.
