Scientists reverse liver cell aging, cutting Alzheimer's linked protein by 50% Researchers at the University of Southern California have achieved a remarkable result: rejuvenating aging liver cells in elderly rats in just 2 weeks, restoring their ability to remove harmful substances from the bloodstream. Using an experimental drug called cinaciguat, they Reduced amyloid beta by approximately 50%, bringing blood levels back to those seen in young rats. Amyloid-beta is strongly associated with Alzheimer's disease. Restored LDL (bad cholesterol) to youthful levels, suggesting potential benefits for cardiovascular health. Reversed key signs of cellular aging in the liver's specialized blood vessel lining cells, reopening microscopic pores that deteriorate with age. Restored an important cellular communication pathway that helps the liver clear harmful substances from circulation. The exciting implication here is that rejuvenating one organ might help protect others, potentially opening a new route toward preventing multiple age related diseases simultaneously.

Next step: Longevity and Rejuvenation. We are almost there. Researchers in Bonn turned blood cells from an 80-year-old into neural stem cells with a molecular age below 20. More than 60 years younger by epigenetic clocks, which estimate age from chemical marks on DNA. The team directly reprogrammed blood precursor cells into neural stem cells, skipping the usual pluripotent stem cell stage. The rejuvenation unfolded gradually and could be tracked for over 100 days.

instead of watching Netflix tonight, give 2 hours to this video Codex GPT-6 Astra FULL COURSE that teaches you how to BUILD and AUTOMATE anything. I've seen $500 courses that teach less than this video alone. Watch it and Bookmark it now.
GPT-6 Astra is insanely powerful. But most people will barely use 10% of it. The difference is knowing how to prompt it properly. I put together the complete GPT-6 Astra Prompting Masterclass so you can get dramatically better results from day one

I turned my Astra game into a skill! It's called Dream Loop: Astra dreams up the AAA version of your game, then loops till it gets there. Here's a demo I one-shot in 1 hour, 2% weekly quota, no external assets. Prompt and link in replies. Absolutely free. Enjoy!

dude GPT-6 Astra is some kind of turbo-AGI machine god for 3D games. It one-shot this in 45 minutes for hardly a couple % of my quota. I figured out how to get great graphics out of it. The trick is image gen. I'll share the process below.

I'm vibe coding a beat em up game (e.g., Double Dragon / Streets of Rage) Always important to have some 'cheat codes' while debugging 😉 Makes playtesting the game's progression much easier
Next game tutorial will be something highly requested. Some early experiments. Can you guess?

Claude just became a craacked video game designer. With the launch of Unreal Engine's MCP server last week, you can now build entire video games just by talking to Claude. I spent the past few days building with it, and I'm telling you, this is going to forever change how video games get made and who gets to make them. In this video I show you exactly how to set up the Unreal Engine MCP yourself and run through three demos: building a full playable city, cloning a real city from Google Earth, and creating custom buildings in Blender. Here's the agent harness I mention too: github.com/per-simmons/unrea… Intro What I built in a few hours Setting up the Unreal MCP server Fixing the port 8000 connection issue The agent harness that avoids the pitfalls Demo 1: Building a city with City Sample Demo 2: Cloning a real city from Google Earth with Cesium Demo 3: Custom buildings with Blender headless Outro
