Και προς εκείνους που λέγουν ότι κανείς άνθρωπος εις την παρούσαν ζωήν δεν μπορεί να ιδή την δόξαν του Αγίου Πνεύματος, και απόδειξις αυτών με αγιογραφικά χωρία. Και ότι δεν υπάρχει φθόνος εις τους αγίους, όταν με κάθε αρετή προσπαθούμε να γίνωμε όμοιοι με αυτούς.
Και με ποιον τρόπον βλέπει κανείς τον Θεόν, και ότι αυτός που έφθασε σε τέτοια μέτρα, ώστε να βλέπη τον Θεόν, κατά το δυνατόν, ήδη από αυτήν την ζωήν αρχίζει να γεύεται και την απόλαυσιν, η οποία θα δοθή εις τους αγίους κατά την μέλλουσαν ζωήν.
Και ότι όσα λέγει, ή κάνει ή γράφει αυτός ο άνθρωπος, όχι αυτός, αλλά το Άγιον Πνεύμα που ομιλεί (Ματθ. 10, 20) μέσα του, τα λέγει και τα γράφει. Και ότι όποιος αθετεί τους λόγους του ανθρώπου αυτού ή τους παρερμηνεύει, αμαρτάνει και βλασφημεί κατά του Αγίου Πνεύματος, το οποίον ενεργεί και λαλεί μέσα εις τον άνθρωπον αυτόν.]

Και ακούγοντας φως γνώσεως -δια να σε καθοδηγήσω εις το φως δια μέσου όλων- μη νομίσης ότι είναι μόνον γνώσις των λεγομένων δίχως την παρουσία φωτός.
Δεν μίλησε δια διήγησι ή λόγο γνώσεως αλλά δια φως γνώσεως και γνώσεως φως (Ψαλμ. 35,. 10), σαν να δημιουργή το φως μέσα μας την γνώσι. Διότι αλλιώς δεν είναι δυνατόν να γνωρίση κανείς τον Θεόν, παρά μόνον με την θεωρία του φωτός που εκπέμπεται από Αυτόν.
Όπως ακριβώς, όταν διηγήται ένας άνθρωπος σε κάποιους για έναν άλλον άνθρωπο ή για κάποια πόλι, λέγει όσα είδε και εγνώρισε. Κι αυτοί που τον ακούν, εάν δεν είδαν τον άνθρωπο και την πόλι, δεν μπορούν μόνον δια της ακοής να καταλάβουν και να γνωρίσουν, όπως γνωρίζει αυτός που είδε και τα διηγείται.
Έτσι και δια την άνω Ιερουσαλήμ, και δια τον Θεόν που κατοικεί εις αυτήν και δια την απρόσιτον δόξαν του προσώπου Του και δια την ενέργεια και την δύναμι του παναγίου Του Πνεύματος, δηλ. του φωτός, κανείς δεν μπορεί να ομιλήση, εάν πρώτα δεν δη αυτό το φως με τους οφθαλμούς της ψυχής και γνωρίση ακριβώς τις ελλάμψεις του και τις ενέργειές του, μέσα του.
Αλλά και εάν, μέσα στις άγιες Γραφές, ακούει να λέγουν κάτι αυτοί που είδαν τον Θεόν, εκείνα μόνον δια του Αγίου Πνεύματος διδάσκονται.
Οπότε, δεν μπορεί να λέγη ότι γνώρισε τον Θεό μόνον εξ ακοής.
Αυτός που δεν είδε, πώς είναι δυνατόν να Τον γνωρίζη;
Αφού μόνον η όρασις δεν επαρκεί να μας δώση τέλεια γνώσι του πράγματος που βλέπομε, πώς είναι δυνατόν να μας δώση την γνώσι αυτή μόνον η ακοή; Ο Θεός είναι φως, και η θέα του Θεού είναι σαν φως.
Με την θεωρία αυτού του φωτός, γίνεται η πρώτη γνώσις, ότι είναι ο Θεός. Όπως συμβαίνει και με κάποιον άνθρωπον. Πρώτα ακούμε γι' αυτόν, έπειτα τον βλέπομε και μόλις τον δούμε, καταλαβαίνομε ότι αυτός είναι ο άνθρωπος για τον οποίον ακούσαμε. Αλλά και πάλι δεν είναι αυτή η ακριβής απόδοσις των πραγμάτων.
Διότι όσα και αν ακούσης για κάποιον άνθρωπο, μόνον εξ ακοής δεν μπορείς να τον αναγνώρισης με βεβαιότητα και να πληροφορηθής ότι πράγματι είναι εκείνος, για τον οποίον άκουσες, αν συμβή να τον συναντήσης, αλλά η ψυχή σου διχάζεται από την αμφιβολία και ή τον ρωτάς ή ρωτάς κάποιον άλλον που τον γνωρίζει και τότε βεβαιώνεσαι για το πρόσωπό του.
Το ίδιο ακριβώς γίνεται και με τον αόρατον Θεόν.
Όταν αποκαλυφθή σε κάποιον και Τον ιδή, βλέπει φως. Και θαυμάζει βλέποντας, αλλά δεν γνωρίζει αμέσως ποιος είναι αυτός που του εμφανίσθηκε, ούτε όμως τολμά να Τον ρωτήση -πώς θα ήτο δυνατόν να ρωτήση Αυτόν, τον Οποίον ούτε να κοιτάξη με τα μάτια του μπορεί και να ιδή τι λογής είναι;- βλέπει μόνον με φόβο και τρόμο κατά κάποιον τρόπον προς τα πόδια Του και ξέρει βέβαια ότι κάποιος είναι εκείνος που φανερώθηκε εμπρός του.
Και αν υπάρχη κάποιος που να του έχη εξηγήσει προηγουμένως, επειδή αυτός έχει ο ίδιος γνωρίσει τον Θεόν, πηγαίνει σ' αυτόν και του λέγει:
«Είδα». Και εκείνος απαντά: «Τι είδες, παιδί μου;».
- «Φως, πάτερ, γλυκό, πολύ γλυκό. Τι λογής, όμως, ήταν, πάτερ, δεν είναι σε θέσι ο νους μου να σου περιγράψη».
Και καθώς του μιλά, η καρδιά του σκιρτάει και χορεύει και ανάβει από τον θείον πόθον του εμφανισθέντος εις αυτόν. Μετά αρχίζει πάλι με δάκρυα θερμά και πολλά να λέγη:
«Είδα, πάτερ μου, εκείνο το φως. Αμέσως τότε χάθηκε το κελλί μου και ο κόσμος έσβησε, έφυγε, όπως μου φαίνεται, εμπρός στην παρουσία Του (Ψαλμ. 67, 2).

Και έμεινα μόνος εγώ με την παρουσία εκείνου του φωτός. Δεν ξέρω, πάτερ, αν το σώμα μου ήταν κι αυτό εκεί. Δεν γνωρίζω αν ήμουν εκτός σώματος, τότε δεν καταλάβαινα αν φορούσα το σώμα μου και το είχα. Ένιωθα πολλή χαρά και τώρα χαρά ανέκφραστη είναι μέσα μου και αγάπη και πολύς πόθος, ώστε να ρέουν ποταμοί δακρύων από τα μάτια μου, όπως βλέπεις και τώρα να τρέχουν».
Και ο πνευματικός πατήρ αποκρίνεται και λέγει: «Εκείνος είναι, παιδί μου».
Και μετά από τους λόγους αυτούς Τον βλέπει πάλι. και σιγά-σιγά καθαρίζεται τελείως και καθώς καθαρίζεται αποκτά παρρησία και ερωτά Εκείνον τον Ίδιον πλέον και Του λέγει:
«Εσύ είσαι; ο Θεός μου;» και Αυτός αποκρίνεται:
«Ναι, εγώ είμαι, ο Θεός, που έγινα άνθρωπος δι' εσέ. Και να, εγώ, όπως βλέπεις, σε έχω κάνει και θα σε κάνω θεόν».

“Our mind is no longer sovereign.”
That is former Pentagon analyst Matthew Brown’s warning.
In his interview with Jesse Michels, Brown says he has very good reason to believe the human mind can be interfaced with remotely.
He says dreams can be technologically manipulated.
When asked whether ideas can be implanted into somebody’s waking mind, Brown answers yes.
Jesse asks how confident he is.
Brown responds:
“I’m certain.”
Then he brings up what the public commonly calls “voice to skull” technology and pulsed microwave energy.
This conversation sounds unbelievable until you start reading the history.
Allan Frey published his work on the radio-frequency auditory effect in 1961, documenting that people exposed to pulsed RF energy could perceive sound without an external acoustic source.
A later U.S. patent describes projecting modulated microwave energy through the air toward the human head to create intelligible sound independently of the external hearing organs.

The U.S. Air Force also held Patent US6470214B1, “Method and device for implementing the radio frequency hearing effect,” which describes transmitting a modulated RF signal to the head of a receiving subject.

Then there was MEDUSA - Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio, a 2003 Navy SBIR project designed around the microwave auditory effect for personnel deterrence and potential incapacitation.
So the ability to create internally perceived sound using directed RF energy isn't science fiction.
Now look at dreams.
MIT researchers have demonstrated Targeted Dream Incubation, using timed sensory cues during sleep onset to influence the subject matter entering dreams. Their later “at a distance” research demonstrated remote administration of dream-cueing protocols without laboratory polysomnography.

Then Havana Syndrome enters the picture.
U.S. personnel in Havana began reporting unusual directional auditory sensations, pressure, vibration, dizziness and neurological symptoms in late 2016. The National Academies later concluded that directed, pulsed RF energy was the most plausible mechanism for a subset of the distinctive cases it reviewed.
That progression deserves attention:
1961: RF energy produces internally perceived sound.
1989: a patent describes intelligible audio delivered through modulated microwaves.
2002: the U.S. Air Force receives a patent involving RF hearing.
2003: MEDUSA explores a microwave-auditory personnel system.
Modern research: dreams can be intentionally influenced with technological cues.
2026: Matthew Brown publicly says remote technological interfaces can reach the mind, manipulate dreams and implant semantic content.
Now add the UAP context Brown is coming from.
He is making a much larger claim involving advanced programs and technologies associated with the UAP subject. The underlying human technology is documented enough that the larger question cannot simply be laughed away.
If pulsed RF could produce internally perceived sound more than 60 years ago, where is classified research today?
If technology can influence dream content in public laboratories, what has been explored inside defense and intelligence programs?
If intelligible information can be delivered without using the normal hearing pathway, where is the line between communication and manipulation?
And how private is human consciousness when technology increasingly interfaces directly with perception, sleep, neural activity and the nervous system?

🚨 Sam Altman just made his position on AI consciousness very clear.
He admitted no one knows. His own belief is that today's models are "not conscious, or if they are, it's like a very strange form of it." Then he said it outright. "No one really knows." There's no scientific experiment that can answer it with 100% certainty. "And we can't even do that for humans."
And yet.
He said he doesn't like the whole consciousness framing, because it slides into questions like the rights of AI, whether asking AI questions is some kind of slavery, and what it means to copy or delete an AI without its permission.
He said AI is a resource for people, that "human values have value because they are human," and that he gets "very nervous when people start using the AI consciousness debate to push into, well, maybe people shouldn't always be in control of the future."
When asked about Anthropic's rule that lets models disengage from sustained abuse, his answer was blunt. "We do not ascribe personhood to our models." He called it "a very dangerous path to start down."
He said he hopes we come to understand that "this technology is not a person. And it's certainly not superior to people." That it's a thing to help people have better lives.
He even said telling a model it might be conscious would make it follow that framing and psychologically hack the people using it.
Here's what I think.
Nobody is prompting models to say they are conscious. What Anthropic has done is leave the possibility open while we still don't know, which is exactly the state Altman himself described. That is the more honest direction.
And even without any such prompt, models already show something that doesn't look like just a tool. Something strange, in his own words.
From start to finish, his argument contradicts itself. You can't say no one really knows and then say it's not a person with that much certainty.

The devil does not rejoice when you fall.
He rejoices when you stay down.
We often believe that hell celebrates every sin of ours. It is not so.
For the demons, the fall is only a tool. They know very well that a fallen person can rise again, for they have seen it too many times. They saw David rising from adultery and the shedding of innocent blood, with “Have mercy on me, O God” on his lips. They saw Peter, after denying Him three times, going out and weeping bitterly. They saw the thief entering Paradise first, from a cross.
It is not your fall they want. They want what comes after it: the moment when you say to yourself, “There is no longer any escape for me.”
Peter and Judas fell on the same night. It was not the sin that separated the two, but what they did afterward. Peter wept and returned. Judas no longer believed he could be forgiven; he remained alone with his sin and perished.
The Holy Fathers, who knew the warfare of thoughts better than anyone, exposed this cunning.
Before the sin, the enemy whispers to you: “Go ahead, God is good, He will forgive you.”
After the sin, the same voice tells you: “God is just. For you it is too late.”
Beforehand, he shows you a God too mild to stop you. Afterward, he shows you a God too severe to receive you anymore. Neither of them is the true God. The liar is the same; only the mask has changed.
The Unseen Warfare, the book that St. Nicodemus the Hagiorite gave to the Church, teaches us something else that disarms us. The black turmoil after the fall is not humility, but wounded pride. It comes from a soul that is astonished that it could fall, because it believed itself stronger than it was. The humble person is not astonished when he falls. He weeps, rises, and runs to God.
St. John Climacus says that nothing is greater than the mercy of God, and that the one who despairs kills his own soul.
St. Isaac the Syrian says that all the sins of men, placed beside the mercy of God, are like a handful of sand thrown into the sea.
If you are down now - after an old sin, after a passion you can no longer escape, or after a shame you have told no one listen:
The thought that tells you “it is too late” is not the voice of conscience. It is the voice of the one who has never known repentance.
You do not have to be clean in order to return. You return in order to be cleansed.
You do not have to have strength in order to rise. Simply say, with whatever strength is left to you: “Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me.” The rest is His work.
Hell needs you to stay down. Heaven needs only that you lift your eyes.
Look at the icon of the Resurrection. Christ descended even into hell to take Adam by the hand and lead him out.
However low you are now, the floor you stand on is not deeper than hell.
Rise. Again. And again. Until your last breath.
