صدر اليوم الحكم عن محكمة #برلين_الإقليمية بالسجن المشدد مدى الحياة على موفق. د القيادي في ميليشيا "حركة فلسطين الحرة"والتي تقاتل إلى جانب النظام السوري, بإرتكاب #جريمة_حرب بسبب إطلاق قذيفة صاروخية على المدنيين في #مخيم_اليرموك.

بعد جلسة طويلة يوم أمس تخللها شهادة أحد الشهود في محاكمة القيادي في ميليشيات فلسطين الحرة موفق. د في برلين, انتهت جلسة اليوم بشكل مبكر .
كان من الواضح التأثر الكبير على المدعي الثاني أثناء تقديم إفادته, فتم ايقاف الجلسة بعد أقل من ٢٠ دقيقة من بدايتها, قبل أن يتم متابعة الجلسة.
