Posting about Holocaust Remembrance Day is a convenient way to honor the memory of the 6 million Jews who were senselessly murdered. But an even better way to honor them, is to speak out against antisemitism and hate when it’s inconvenient.

Two of my nurse colleagues are currently off sick with covid19. I know several colleagues who contracted covid19 from crowded break rooms where we all unmask to eat. Removing mask mandates from hospitals is going to place so many people at risk, especially vulnerable patients.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if CUPE workers are essential to keeping schools open and kids in class…then they are also essential enough to receive a decent wage. I urge you: Support CUPE workers…and stand against starvation wages everywhere. #IStandWithCUPE

RSV spikes occur every year & it literally infects every human in their 1st 2 years of life. It’s really scary in infants as it can cause severe respiratory compromise. This year is a bit earlier than others but we saw it last July!?! Many other viruses circulating now as well.
