We are thrilled to announce the upcoming panel discussion of the Bridging Evidence and Policy (BEP) Seminar Series, in partnership with the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development (SFSD), the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) , and the Egyptian Food Bank (EFB). We're eagerly looking forward to this third gathering, where we will be exploring the intersection of evidence and policy. The session will revolve around the theme of "Crises and Response: Development & Humanitarian Aid in Middle East & North Africa (MENA)." This critical topic will bring together experts and development implementers to shed light on the challenges and opportunities in the region. We are honored to have distinguished keynote speakers who will grace the event with their profound insights: 🎙️ Mohsen Sarhan, CEO of the Egyptian Food Bank, will share his extensive experience and expertise in addressing food security and alleviating hunger in the MENA region. 🎙️ Sikandra Kurdi, Egypt Country Program Leader of the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), will provide valuable perspectives on policy research and its implications for sustainable development in Egypt. 🎙️ Noura Selim, Executive Director of the Sawiris Foundation, contributes her visionary leadership and commitment to social development. This session promises to be a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and the generation of actionable insights. #BEP #EvidenceAndPolicy #Development #HumanitarianAid #MENA #SocialDevelopment #EFBxSFSDxIFPRI #FoodSecurity
