We're not that big on awareness days. Shock horror? What we mean is mental health is key to everything we do, all the time.
We allow our team to prioritise their health. Want to run before work? Fine. Need to come in an hour late because of a personal issue? We get it.
We create content that prioritises lived experience, because those are the voices that really matter.
You'll see a lot of people shouting about World Mental Health Today, and awareness is great, but please, make sure mental health matters to you Every Single Day.

Our film with @nfum shows the impact of their Agency Giving Fund through community stories. By bringing together different voices we were able to show both the personal effect and collective effort that makes a difference.

This film for Tonic Housing is still one of our favourites. It beautifully captures the collective support, passion and emotion at the heart of the community.
If you don't know them Tonic is a community-led not-for-profit organisation focused on creating inclusive urban LGBT+ affirming retirement communities to combat loneliness and isolation among older LGBT+ individuals.
They do amazing work and we hope this film conveys it.
