ALT Your Participation Will Help to Better Support Employees with Disabilities Are you or someone you know a workplace supervisor who works with an employee with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)? Would you like to share information about your behavioral expectations and perspectives on employment supports for employees with IDD? Our colleagues at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign are looking for workplace supervisors to participate in a 1-hour interview. The information provided will help improve supports for youth and young adults with disabilities and the individuals who work alongside them.
