ALT Patients with HCC undergoing liver resection and meeting the new MASLD and MetALD criteria have characteristic alterations of body composition. Patients with MASLD-HCC have similar disease-free survival but significantly shorter OS than other HCC aetiologies after curative-intent therapy.
