#IMOH2026 Day 3 just started! #NeutronScience and the industrial and technological challenges. Isidro (Dan) Zarraga, Senior Director and Head of Genomic Medicines drug product development of @sanofi is now presenting “Applications of Neutron Techniques to Biopharmaceuticals”.

#IMOH2026 Joint work is crucial for the future of #NeutronCommunity both for the facilities and the researchers sides. In this context, Luis Fernández Barquín @unican presented the Spanish initiative RedNEUMAT (Spanish Network of Neutron Techniques).

#IMOH2026 Day 2 afternoon started with a healthcare topic plenary session by Ignacio Porras, Professor of the Deptartment of Atomic, Molecular and Nuclear Physics at @CanalUGR: “Boron Neutron Capture Therapy with HiCANS: accelerating a new hope for cancers of poor prognosis”.

#IMOH2026 We keep exploring the possibilities and challenges of #SoftMatter experimentation with #HiCANS in a very interesting invited talk by Fanni Juranyi @psich_en. Marité Cárdenas @BiofisikaScienc and Armando Maestro @CFMdonostia will close the morning program afterwards.
