Lots of signatures at Indian Creek Intermediate School! This week every student and teacher had the opportunity to make their mark by signing a beam that will be part of the new Indian Creek Intermediate School addition. We love seeing the school become part of the project!

Fridays are just too hard to stay in the office when Mrs. Livesay's kindergarten students are waiting for a good story! 📚 Dr. Hofer often says that the best part of being superintendent is spending time with the students who make it all worthwhile.❤️ #ProudToBeAMountie

Dana Deffendoll, the new Superintendent of Pike County School Corporation, began her first year focused on building connections and keeping the community informed. Early in the school year, Mrs. Deffendoll joined members of the Pike County Farm Bureau at their annual meeting to share information about the district, including Indiana school funding, PCSC’s financial position, and the upcoming November referendum. It was the first of many informative community conversations planned throughout the year. For Mrs. Deffendoll, stepping into a new leadership role means getting out into the community, sharing information, listening, and building relationships with those PCSC serves. That’s Leadership Beyond the Title. #LeadIAPSS
