I made my follower save βΉ12.5 lakh on his daughter's wedding jewellery.
Not on making charges, bargaining or by buying somewhere cheaper.
I come from a gold jewellery family and no big jeweller will tell you this trick because it costs them revenue and stock crash.ππ»

Let me tell you how a forced resignation looks.
I got a call from my junior from college.
He had joined an IT company as a fresher.
He completed 3 months of training and was waiting for a project.
He kept reaching out to different teams, but most of them rejected him.
The common replies were:
- "We need someone with experience."
- "No suitable opening right now."
So he remained on the bench for another 3 months.
Then one day, he got a Microsoft Teams call from HR.
He picked it up.
The first thing HR said was:
"Share your screen."
He did.
Then she said:
"Open the resignation portal and submit your resignation."
He was shocked.
He asked,
"But why? What is my fault?"
HR replied,
"You have to resign. Otherwise we'll put you on a PIP and terminate you with remarks. If you resign now, we'll give you a clean relieving letter."
Imagine hearing that as a fresher.
No project.
No mistake.
No poor performance.
Just fear.
He was scared.
With HR watching over screen share...
He submitted his resignation.
After the call, he called me and said,
"Bhayya, I never thought the IT industry could be this cruel."
He was emotional.
He was broken.
That conversation stayed with me.
We must remember:
To a company, you can be just another resource.
So never depend entirely on your employer.
Always have:
- An emergency fund.
- Updated skills.
- An updated resume.
- A backup plan.
Because job security isn't guaranteed anymore in 2026

βΉ20 crore worth of products at risk because of a compliance issue.
BIS seized around 13,000 air fryers and portable blenders worth βΉ20 crore from GRIPITβs warehouse in Bengaluru.
The products were marketed under the Ninja brand and allegedly lacked the mandatory BIS Standard Mark.
One BIS raid can put crores of your business at risk.
Let that sink in.
When products require mandatory BIS certification, your brand name, sales numbers and supplier relationships won't automatically protect you from enforcement.
In 2026, QCOs are expanding and enforcement has become stricter.
And if you're importing products into India, check this:
- Does your product require BIS certification?
- Is your supplier actually compliant?
- Are you putting your entire inventory at risk to save a few 1000 rupees on manufacturing?
Because when a shipment gets seized, the damage goes beyond the inventory.
You lose money, time, customer trust and potentially your market position.
My only advice to you:
Don't wait for a BIS raid to discover that your supplier has put your business at risk.
Take action before the action happens.
And in case you need any help, you can reach out to us.
We're a BIS-licensed factory and we've already Swadeshified several products and are working on many more.
We help businesses manufacture products in India without compromising on quality or compliance.

After giving multiple interviews, Iβve noticed one thing:
When interviewers run out of questions, they jump straight to GIT.
Prepare Git interview questions, regardless of the JD.
This repo is more than enough to get started:
