Dünyanın en büyük çocuk sağlığı kuruluşu olan Uluslararası Pediatri Kurumu (IPA) @IPAWorldorg Başkanı Sayın Prof. Dr. Joseph Haddad ve IPA Dünya Temsilcisi Sayın Kerem Hasanoğlu ile bir araya geldik.
Görüşmemizde; Türkiye’nin son 20 yılda bebek ve #çocuksağlığı alanında hayata geçirdiği çalışmalar ve elde ettiği önemli kazanımları kapsamlı şekilde değerlendirdik. Bebek ve Çocuk Ölümleri İzleme ve Değerlendirme Programı, Bebek, Çocuk ve Ergen İzlemleri, Anne Sütünün Teşviki ve Bebek Dostu Sağlık Kuruluşları Programı, tarama programları, D Vitamini Eksikliği Önleme ve Kontrol Programı ile Demir Gibi Türkiye Programı başta olmak üzere yürüttüğümüz çalışmalarımızı ele aldık.
Bebek ölümlerinin azaltılması, yenidoğan bakım hizmetlerinin niteliğinin artırılması ve sağlık çalışanlarımızın bilgi ve becerilerinin güncellenmesine yönelik hizmet içi eğitimlerimiz ile Sağlıklı Türkiye Yüzyılı hedeflerimiz doğrultusunda attığımız adımları değerlendirdik.
Küresel ölçekte gerçekleştirilebilecek iş birliklerini de istişare ettiğimiz görüşmede, Sayın Prof. Dr. Haddad’ı 3–6 Aralık 2026 tarihlerinde Antalya’da düzenleyeceğimiz 18. Avrupa İntegratif Tıp Kongresi (ECIM) ve 4. Uluslararası Geleneksel ve Tamamlayıcı Tıp Kongresi’ne davet ettik.
Yenidoğan ve çocuk ölümlerinde sağlanan düşüş dolayısıyla Türkiye’nin başarısını tebrik eden Sayın Prof. Dr. Haddad’a teşekkür ediyorum.
IPA Dünya Temsilciliği görevine yeni atanan Sayın Kerem Hasanoğlu’nu tebrik ediyor, kendisine başarılar diliyorum.
Ayrıca yakın zamanda vefat eden IPA eski Başkanı Prof. Dr. Enver Hasanoğlu’nu rahmetle anıyor; dünya çocuklarının sağlığı için ortaya koyduğu kıymetli çalışmaları saygı ve şükranla yâd ediyorum.
