The @NLUDofficial launched the pioneering Joint Masters/LL.M. programme in Intellectual Property Law and Management in collaboration with @WIPO & @cgpdtm_india on 21st March, 2024. The chief guest of the event was Hon’ble Justice Prathiba M. Singh, High Court of Delhi.
ALT The launch event was graced by the presence of NLU Delhi Vice Chancellor - Prof (Dr) G S BAJPAI and special guests CGPDTM - Prof. Unnat P Pandit and Dr. Pushpendra Rai, International IP Advisor and former Director, WIPO. The event brought together key stakeholders, including academics, industry professionals, practitioners and government officials. The inaugural session was followed by a panel discussion on ‘Reimagining Intellectual Property (IP) Teaching in India’, moderated by the programme director, Dr. Yogesh Pai. The panellists Prof. Suma Athreye, IIT Delhi, Prof. Raman Mittal, Delhi University, Ms. Jayashree Watal, Visiting Professor NLU Delhi and Mr. Adarsh Ramanujan, FCIArb, Independent Counsel shared their expert insights.
