We need all governments working together to address gun violence in Toronto and across Canada. I support the national freeze on handgun sales going into effect today and thank Prime Minister @JustinTrudeau and Minister @marcomendicino for their work on this issue.
Sad that QE has passed. Her portrait hung in many arenas that I played in. I remember shooting pucks at it (as every red blooded Canadian boy tried to do) but knowing that I really shouldn’t. Now to be replaced by King Charles III. Should be easier. Sad day…RIP Queen Elizabeth
