Harira is one of the most delicious Moroccan soups made from pulses, spices and a sour jolt of pickled lemons. Delicious served with a day-old toasted croissant. Freesubtitles.ai which transcribes -- but the free version only does one hour's worth (at a time, I think) and I had some trouble when I tried to pay to get a transcript of a longer event.
