NEW REPORT: A private company called @FirstStreetLLC is quietly undermining the home values of everyday Americans.
Its climate risk scores come with no regulatory authority, no appeals process, and no accountability to homeowners. 🧵
Fmr. Rep. Jason Isaac retweeted
Exxon and Chevron earned $26.5 BILLION in three months supplying energy that powers hospitals, transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, and modern civilization.
Chris Gloninger calls that outrageous.
Here's what deserves scrutiny:
Biden's EPA awarded $20 BILLION to eight climate nonprofits.
One received a $2 BILLION award after reporting just $100 in annual revenue.
Another received $5 BILLION after spending only $1.42 million the previous year.
EPA subsequently raised concerns about conflicts of interest, recipient qualifications, and oversight.
By 2026, billions remained frozen amid litigation, with the promised benefits still largely unrealized.
And in Biden's final days, his administration separately finalized another $27.6 BILLION in clean-energy financing.
These are taxpayer-backed commitments, not corporate profits.
Show the completed projects. Show the measurable benefits. Account for every dollar.
Why is Chris more outraged by profits from energy people actually use than by the oversight of billions in federal climate spending?
If climate activists actually believed their own rhetoric, they’d be protesting in Beijing, not demanding Americans sacrifice affordable, reliable energy.
Instead, they want higher electricity prices, less energy security, and a weaker American economy.
Almost as if the pain IS the point.
A blanket data center moratorium is a sure-fire way to drive business away from your state.
I explained how some states are leaving prosperity on the table by adopting moratoriums in the @dailycaller’s latest.
The climate cultists are freaking out over the US rejecting their radical climate agenda.
GOOD! Another sign that President Trump’s energy dominance agenda is on the right track.
California will spend hundreds of millions of dollars on a train to nowhere before it lets a single train of coal from Wyoming go to port.
Newsom's disdain for American energy shows how he doesn't care for both his own citizens, and the whole nation.
While more diesel will certainly be a price relief to consumers everywhere, it's going to take a lot more than one tanker to right the course.
I gave my thoughts on the recent deal with Russia to the @dailycaller.
Excellent news from Florida!
@AGJamesUthmeier is taking action against @FirstStreet over its climate risk scoring scam that threatens American home values.
First Street’s climate risk scores on Zillow, Redfin & Realtor.com are presented as accurate and scientific. They’re not.
We are taking them to court because Florida homeowners deserve facts, not alarmist scores that hit their property values and their wallets.
That's exactly why we sounded the alarm in our original @4AmericanEnergy report, exposing the Wall Street connections behind this climate scoring scheme.

CO Democrat Manny Rutinel is running for Congress as a "supporter" of oil and gas, but this is a ruse. He was a former climate activist and has said former Interior Secretary Ken Salazar should run for president in 2028.
Salazar completely annihilated American energy production while serving under Obama.
Coloradoans can see right through it. Rutinel is no friend of American energy.

President Trump is reversing Biden-era policies. So why is his DOJ still defending them in court?
As @DailySignal reports, a new letter calls for a review of Obama/Biden-era legal positions, including on energy, to root out the remaining deep-state bureaucratic rot.
Americans voted for President Trump and deserve his policies fully implemented, not undermined by regulations and legal positions from previous Democrat administrations.
Important analysis on why more work is needed to deliver on the Trump agenda. dailysignal.com/2026/10/21/e…
President Trump gets it.
Affordable, reliable energy is key to a country’s success, and the UK opening up the North Sea for drilling is a big win for global energy and common sense.
Another defeat for climate lawfare!
A NY appeals court unanimously rejected NYC’s attempt to resurrect its failed climate lawsuit disguised as a consumer protection case.
As I explain, politicians are using the courts to achieve what they can’t through legislation.
These lawsuits threaten to impose enormous costs on American energy producers that risk being passed along to families and businesses.
Put simply, Americans shouldn’t be forced to foot the bill for politically motivated climate lawfare.
