ALT Sexual assault and sexual activity of any kind without consent is a crime. Even one incident of criminal sexual activity is too many. Iowa State will investigate and prosecute all allegations of sexual misconduct to the fullest extent allowed by law and the student code of conduct. The university also continues to advance education, intervention strategies, and a comprehensive response to reported cases. The only person responsible for sexual assault is the perpetrator. If you are victim, help is available through the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART).
