Perhaps this is bad advice (esp from a recruiter): I don't have LinkedIn on my personal phone.
During and after my job search I found that not having LI on my devices was better for my mental health AND productivity.
It's nice being able to actually unplug for four days.

This weekend, I did something I haven’t done in over 5 years since I got my first corporate role…
Compete my horse! Since being laid off in August, I have ridden more than I have since then.
So, I set a goal of doing something “fun” with her before the end of the year. ✅
My new company also has this really cool partnership with a wellness company that provides a stipend towards your monthly health insurance premiums if you meet your quarterly wellness goals... well one of my goals was riding more. So basically, paid to ride my horse. #girlmath
No matter how many times a recruiter mentions in their reach out that a role is on-site, it seems everyone just thinks you're kidding. 🤷♀️
First question: Are you aware this is an on-site role?
The candidate: I had no idea...
