On Friday, our class presented on what they did over the extended Spring Break. We worked on sequencing what we did during our break and presenting while facing the audience and speaking clearly! I love hearing what my students do outside of school! 馃ぉ

In 3rd grade we celebrated our informational writing unit by taking a trip aboard Lahti/Radcliffe Airlines. Students displayed their research and took a trip from country to country. Each student received a passport to travel and they wrote interesting facts they learned.鉁堬笍

Author David Flood visited Sparke to share his (and his son鈥檚) book, A Kid鈥檚 Book about Autism. We learned about autism. We also learned to be kind, empathetic, resilient and to show up for one another. Such great life lessons! @SparkeShines @IT_SpecialEd
