Si se aprueba, la medida alcanzaría a los certificados adquiridos desde el 31 de octubre pasado, cuyos activos subyacentes no tengan la misma exención. Según el tributarista Sebastián Domínguez, quienes los vendan con ganancias deberían pagar un 15% sobre el beneficio obtenido, mientras que las compras anteriores conservarían el beneficio. “Esto va a tener un impacto importante en el mercado, porque hay muchas inversiones en CEDEARs y hoy los resultados de esas operaciones están exentos”, advirtió el especialista.
