Police are appealing for info on the whereabouts of Jivan Dean who is wanted in connection with a serious assault at Tipi Valley near Llandeilo. He has connections to Llanelli and Lampeter / Llanbedr Pont Steffan. Police are advising people not to approach the 24-year-old.
