Leaders in potential assists… - Shai has one of the worst pot assist conversions I’ve seen in a while. - He also has the best TOV% here - Jamal Murray’s 19:6 ratio is rough too. What else stands out?

NBA Overnight Notes — Nov 1 Celtics 108, Magic 97 Anthony Black took 11 of Orlando's 19 free throws in his third game active. Sean Sweeney still wants him to "keep getting more aggressive." Tristan da Silva made 4 or more 3s off the bench for the fourth time this season. He said his job is to "hunt 3s" and space the floor. Franz Wagner shot 5 for 20 with 12 assists. Sean Sweeney said the staff can create more space for him. Nets 98, Pacers 90 Quenton Jackson is getting point guard minutes with Tyrese Haliburton and T.J. McConnell out with hamstring strains. Rick Carlisle said he "has been really solid." Kobe Brown did good things in Miami and again against Brooklyn after hardly playing, Rick Carlisle said. Andrew Nembhard said Brown and Jalen Slawson gave good minutes off the bench. Day'Ron Sharpe went 5 for 7 with 13 rebounds and 4 assists. Jordi Fernandez said Brooklyn does not win without him. Warriors 124, Clippers 112 Gui Santos sat the second half because his knee was bothering him and will sit Nov. 2. Steve Kerr said, "We'll reevaluate here over the next few days." Yaxel Lendeborg scored 37 with Stephen Curry out. Steve Kerr said Golden State can play through him to close games: "Steph doesn't have to take on the load every game." Baba Miller's minutes have dropped. Ty Lue said keeping 2 guards on the floor "kind of hurt him and his playing time," though Miller was one of camp's best players. Lakers 131, Raptors 125 Ziaire Williams sat with left foot soreness after clean imaging. JJ Redick said the team is "being, again, cautious with the back-to-back." Luka Doncic had 45 points, 15 rebounds, 5 steals and 3 charges. He said that before last season he had "maybe 5 charges in 7 years." Scottie Barnes played center at times with Jakob Poeltl out with left shoulder bursitis. Darko Rajakovic pulled him and the other starters late, with Barnes at 36 minutes. Best of the night: "we almost lost the game because of that. So next time I'm never doing that again." – Yaxel Lendeborg chasing 40 after reaching 37 points "Obviously, I'm not the best defender in the NBA, but I think this year I really took a step forward." – Luka Doncic his defense "They're just going to foul you on every possession." – JJ Redick comparing the Raptors to last year's Pistons Every note, game by game: presserwire.com/nba

"Famously, Cason Wallace did it with T.J. McConnell." Tried to forget everything about Game 7, but JJ Redick's infallible memory apparently won't let me.
JJ Redick on the Raptors fouling: "We scored 131 with 24 turnovers...some of those turnovers are because we're like legitimately getting fouled. Like it's not like was that a foul? Was that not a foul? I told one of the referees this because all these guys do it, all the on ball defenders now. What they do is they pick you up, and then they grab the arm you're not dribbling with and then they try to steal the ball from you. Famously Cason Wallace did it with TJ McConnell. That's just the NBA right now. It's really hard when you, when you play teams like this that are just fouling every possession. I thought we did enough to play through it, but a lot of those turnovers are just that, then you can point to some decision making, some passes, all that stuff. Those naturally happen within the flow of the game"

Good strategy here using @betstamp to track line movement history and limits changes, and then @Novig to trade into incredibly low hold and great prices. Went 4-1 today, bounce back day 🏀 🏈

OK. I shared this while ago and a lot of people made assumptions on what I was commenting on, so I'll try again. Sheesh! As in "sheesh, the big four have absolutely KILLED everyone in their limited minutes and Embiid-Maxy is destroying worlds" The ONE MINUTE sample does not matter here. The Sixers are KILLING teams with their stars is what I was commenting on.

Got crushed betting this week. Turned a positive October into a negative one. Ended -4.48u despite a +3.81% xROI. Had +10.6u of WNBA futures cash, but I grade those separately to October bets alone cuz they were placed/sent out in previous months. Everyone in the whop group got a free 30 days added to their account. If results dont pan out despite good CLV, I give next month free to everyone who was part of bad variance with me. Onto November 🍻
