Tbh this explanation makes it more egregious. If we didn't want to risk him, why was he on the bench? Say what you like about their quality, but Lotomba and Ralston were both available but not selected in squad. Really poor decision from MON, coaching and medical team.

I’m no expert but I did think him coming on for the first time and playing 40 mins was excessive. I would also add that Donovan struggles to play 90 mins also in a regular basis which is alarming for being so young…….is our whole squad just unfit? 🤔
