Well today was A DAY for so many of our friends and colleagues ❤️🩹
Three homework assignments for you all today:
1. Hug your family and friends and remember that they are the most important things in the world — NOT your job.
2. If you know someone impacted, please help them how you can: listening, resume help, introductions, hiring. These kinds of job eliminations can honestly happen to anyone— it has nothing to do with performance and it can happen to anyone.
3. If you are hiring, please drop a link below or into my DM’s. There’s a LOT of absolutely brilliant people I love dearly who need to land somewhere excellent.
Thank you all for checking in, I appreciate you all so so much 💝
