India’s former strength and conditioning coach Soham Desai said, “people often tag Rohit Sharma as lazy and fat, but people need to understand that Rohit had a career-threatening injury around his hip in 2017, Champions Trophy. He got surgeries on his hamstring and his hip flexor, around his hip is his weak spot. If he doesn’t train for a minimum of two strength sessions in a week, he is a red flag and that is the scenario for the last 7-8 years. So if he was not working hard, if he was lazy, he wouldn’t have lasted till today”. (Prashant Desai).
You don't know how much this post would have healed us Rohit fans. 🥺❤️ We will miss you. Wish you could have seen Rohit lifting cwc in 2027. May your soul rest in peace. RIP 🙏

Media may report that Lord's is Rohit Sharma's last ODI, but the planetary alignments suggest otherwise. The charts indicate a strong comeback. Hitman isn't going anywhere right now. A big storm is coming at Lord's.

Former India strength & conditioning coach Soham Desai on Rohit Sharma. [Prashant Desai]
"People say this Rohit is lazy, mota hai (that he’s fat), training nahi karta hai (that he doesn’t train). People need to understand this - that Rohit Sharma had a career-threatening injury around his hip in 2017 - Champions Trophy jab hum log hare the Pakistan ke samne final, wo wali mein (after the Champions Trophy final against Pakistan). So he has got surgeries in his hamstring and his hip flexor and all that, Around his hip is his weak spot. If he doesn’t train for a minimum of two strength sessions in a week, he is a red flag and that is the scenario for the last seven to eight years. So if he was not working hard, if he was lazy, he wouldn’t have lasted till today. Forget about scoring runs, leading in the IPL, playing twelve months, all formats. For the last seven-eight years, so it has been non-negotiable. Either he has to do that or he has to work in a particular manner on the ground. Without those two, he cannot last and this is not a secret".

Abhishek Sharma and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi are cool, but today I missed Chase Master Virat Kohli.
The way he used to save team from collapse, absorb pressure, score 48 balls 50 and do mid air celebrations. You can't bring that feeling back in these run fests.
She’s just 10 years old and has scored a century. We might be witnessing the rise of another Vaibhav in our women’s team.
