I have purchased one item from Amazon. Raised return due to quality issue. Pickup failed 3 times. Customer care disconnect the call by saying we couldn't help you more if carrier is not picking up.
Worst service Amazon.

Very Pathetic Service from Amazon. Got scared of a delivery boy. Reported one year before for the same issue that order is returned to seller without even a single call or contact
Delivery boy always refused to deliver at my location and ask to come at their location
