max pain on memes today with everything down double-digit percentages even $USELESS wasn't spared but sometimes you just need to zoom out today's liquidation event was the biggest liquidation event of the year for crypto, and many altcoins/memecoins got battered the most they've ever been in a single day in a long time it also didn't help that crypto nuked as hard as it did while stocks and gold made new ATHs if there is one thing i've learned here, it is this: 1. R/R often favors being long on massive liquidation events like this on a decent enough timeframe (think weeks/months) 2. the time to buy is often when an asset is down double-digit percentages in a day, extremely oversold, and has an army of people fudding and crying about it being over 3. when stocks and gold keep ripping hard and nonstop for days/weeks like we're seeing right now, and crypto seems to be doing the inverse, crypto is simply lagging and will follow more aggressively soon i know many doomposting will make it seem like this is the first time stocks and gold are ripping while crypto is moving the opposite way. but this has already happened multiple times this cycle, even this year, and every single time crypto has followed and outperformed aggressively i also do not think the cycle is over yet
