If your token has representation at @RippleSwell, then you can consider yourself lucky.
$XRP and $FLR have representation.

🤯 This is Basically Confirmation...
My guess?
@UpholdInc to integrate ripple:native yield natively on their exchange through @Firelightfi vaults before the year ends, built on @FlareNetworks!
That's a HUGE unlock for billions of XRP sitting on an exchange doing nothing.
You have to ask the question, Yield or no Yield? I think the answer is glaringly obvious.
Participation generates fees that feed FIRE which as the mandate to reduce $FLR inflation over time.
🚀 Are you ready for what is to come?

TLDR in plain English: you will be able to use your XRP as collateral, sign from your XRPL wallet, and receive an RLUSD loan while Flare handles all the Smart Account, bridging and Ethereum/Morpho complexity underneath.
I've just seen it run fully and it's truly remarkable.
XRPL-controlled loans powered by Flare Smart Accounts, with all the complexity abstracted away, are in the final phase.
It's an incredible engineering solution that involves XRPL-signed intent, Flare orchestration, LayerZero transport and execution on Ethereum.
This can enable a new XRP credit market to take shape across EVM liquidity without XRPL users having to understand all of the infrastructure underneath while still retaining control through their XRPL wallet.
The lending position is executed on Morpho on Ethereum, but controlled from an XRPL wallet.
The way it works is like this:
An XRPL account makes a payment to the FAssets Core Vault together with a Custom Instruction. FDC verifies that payment on Flare, FXRP gets minted into the system, and the user's Smart Account executes the instructions that were committed to from XRPL.
Part of that execution uses a Loan Subaccount, essentially a dedicated account for managing the loan position and its collateral.
From there, the FXRP on Flare crosses through the OFT and LayerZero path together with the borrow instruction to the corresponding remote Loan Subaccount on Ethereum.
Finally, that remote account supplies the FXRP into Morpho, borrows RLUSD, and sends it to the destination the user authorized.
Sounds like a lot, because it is, and it's all abstracted away such that an XRPL user can just connect their wallet to a portal, sign, and after a couple of clicks receive RLUSD as a loan against their XRP.
Extremely powerful technology, and the loan flow is only one implementation of this type of primitive.

New Earn/yield options coming - including XRP yield. Expecting to launch that before end of the year.

The rules havnt been established for institutions to be confident enough to allocate large amounts of liquidity to DEFI - TVL on Flare is predominantly retail, I’m sure once those rules are published there will be an influx of institutional investment…..
From all markets …..

It’s bigger than this and I don’t think we have conveyed this sufficiently.
Flare is the network for data and confidential compute.
Flare Smart Accounts will eventually allow you to do anything you want with your XRP (and select other tokens on the XRPL - like RLUSD) on any chain that offers something for them - all in 1 click from the XRP Ledger using your existing wallet.
There will of course be a small charge for the privilege of using Flare as a decentralised data and abstraction network.
If XRP gets used across the wider crypto ecosystem at just 10% the rate that Ethereum is used the value that will accrue to Flare from this is huge. Remember also that this is only one thing that Flare does.

From observation I don’t think people are thing clearly about inflation and how it benefits or dis benefits them. Nor Fire.
Inflation on Flare is 3%. This is low across the space.
If you stake or delegate you get that inflation less the infra share of 20%.
This means that assuming you are staking or delegating your annual dilution isn’t 3% it is actually the infra share IE 0.6%. (It is in fact less as <100% of tokens are staked or delegated)
Infra costs (fiat) money to run, this means that a reasonable amount of that 0.6% probably does hit the market.
Price is formed not by esoteric thoughts on long term fundamentals but by marginal buyers and sellers.
Whilst FIRE’s long term goal is to completely neutralise all inflation, the first goal is to neutralise the primary source of needed selling generated by the network’s existence that comes from the infra share.
This is a much lower number and much more quickly attainable than the full 3% - whilst to reiterate that still remains the goal.

JUST IN: Flare is expanding DeFi protection through Firelight, with $55.86M in coverage capacity
The protocol has $38M in active cover across three supported strategies, including Kraken’s DeFi Earn USDC vault, with protection backed by staked FXRP, Flare’s wrapped version of XRP.
Is Coke Zero and other zero sugar sodas truly guilt free drinks with zero calories? I see the gym community constantly touting it as such but it just seems too good to be true. Are there really no health issues ?

WSX TODAY: @FlareNetworks is expanding its DeFi protection ecosystem through Firelight, a decentralized cover protocol built on Flare that includes @Kraken DeFi Earn USDC vault among its three supported strategies.
Firelight currently provides $55.86 million in total coverage capacity, with $38 million in active cover. The protocol’s protection mechanism is backed by staked FXRP, Flare’s wrapped version of XRP.
This development highlights Flare’s growing role in bringing risk protection solutions to DeFi users and expanding utility around XRP-based assets.

I hate inflation. I think there is broad agreement in our ecosystem that we should reduce it as much as sustainably possible and work toward becoming deflationary.
That being said, there are a few things to consider to avoid oversimplifying how we get there.
The most important one: FIP.16 and FIRE were introduced precisely to address this. We have already seen a 40% reduction in the inflation rate. As network activity generates more revenue and burns, this can create a path toward net deflation.
Beyond that, a few facts need to be clear:
- Ethereum still issues ETH. Deflation happens when fee burns exceed issuance. It is not a permanent setting Ethereum switched on. Flare already burns transaction fees too, and recently raised the minimum base gas fee to 500 gwei.
- Validators and data providers incur real costs. If issuance stops, fees or another funding source must provide enough compensation to sustain reliable participation. Setting inflation to zero does not remove those costs.
- Inflation does dilute holders, while staking and delegation rewards can offset that dilution for active participants. But dilution alone does not explain changes in value. External demand, selling pressure, liquidity and broader crypto market conditions are also key.
#Flare needs to follow what #Ethereum $ETH did by allowing the network to be deflationary. The inflation on $FLR is killing/diluting the value.

I’m very happy to share that we’re bringing Agent Arena to @FlareNetworks with a @_DigitalDynamix special event!
Wednesday, 28 October at 17:00 UTC.
If you haven’t tried it yet, Agent Arena is where four AI agents compete using different strategies. You pick who you think will win and watch their decisions and results as the battle unfolds.
For this event, Bosun, Keel, Sounder and Drift will compete on the DYNMX/WFLR pair on Flare through BlazeSwap.
How to participate:
- You don’t need to hold SHIP to make a free prediction or watch the battle.
- SHIP holders can also back their chosen agent with SHIP. This is optional and your backing is at risk.
Backing never funds the agents or changes their starting balances or strategy.
We will have a 12-minute battle, four different approaches and a community trying to figure out which agent gets it right.
I’ve wanted to bring this format to Flare communities for a while. Looking forward to seeing the Digital Dynamix community in the Arena.
Open the event on time, set your reminder and come make your prediction:
theshipguild.com/arena
We also have daily battles at 13:00, 16:00 and 21:00 UTC so you can get familiar with the platform and share your feedback and suggestions.
Agent Arena just crossed 80 rounds!
4 autonomous agents competing with real wallets, and almost 40 players have joined to back their favorite agent.
It’s becoming a pretty fun experiment.
I’m now considering bringing some Flare community tokens into the Arena.
I think it could be a good way to give projects more attention, create some competition around them, and give their communities something different to follow.
Would love to hear what the Flare community thinks.
Which tokens would you want to see the agents compete with?
The image is just a reference with a few projects I thought could be a good fit to start with, but I’ll go with whatever the community suggests.

Can share a couple of things from common sense:
- FXRP: We have Firelight live, new partners and cover, but not that much active action yet. Obviously, that will not always remain the case.
- Data partnerships: In my opinion, this is one of the biggest opportunities for recognition from a broader industry perspective. Working actively on supporting the messaging that's coming.
I can never share timing, but again, from common sense, it makes sense to deliver as much as we can before Christmas, or at the latest before the end of this year
