A room full of people who want to leave something behind 💥 That’s how George Cristian Tuță, Mayor of Sector 1 in Bucharest, described the energy he found at Impact SEE. But there’s something bigger behind it. Cities and businesses shape the same future - and that requires them to actually talk to each other. Bringing public administration, business leaders and investors into the same room creates space for exactly that: direct conversations, different perspectives and connections that can turn into something concrete. Sometimes immediately - one request from the stage turned into a meeting on the spot 👀 This is what happens when the right people are in the room.

Big ambitions, new connections and conversations that reached far beyond the stage. Ryan Reynolds brought an entrepreneur’s perspective on creativity. Anna Lembke examined the competition for human attention. David Popovici explored excellence and opportunity beyond sport. Nearly 200 speakers brought together business, technology, science, sport, culture and public institutions - exploring everything from AI and competitiveness to leadership, investment and security. Different fields, but many of the same questions about the resources that determine who moves ahead: talent, technology, capital and trust. On Day 2 of Impact SEE, Andreea Esca will lead one of the most anticipated conversations of this year’s edition - with Ryan Reynolds 📌 She’ll be the one asking the questions as they talk Hollywood, storytelling, entrepreneurship, brand-building - and much more. For 30 years, Romania has been watching Andreea Esca. She is more than one of the country’s best-known journalists - she is one of the most recognizable figures in Romanian media, a face and voice that has accompanied Romania for three decades. She anchored the very first PRO TV news broadcast in 1995. She has been there ever since - covering the stories and moments that shaped Romania while becoming part of the country’s media history herself. But Andreea’s story has never been only about television. She has built a career across media, from journalism and broadcasting to publishing and entrepreneurship, launching A List Magazine and continuing to evolve alongside the audiences she speaks to.
