Aww shucks, get well soon!...This track keeps coming up on my feeds - Dad plays/produces with daughter on vocals, I really like it tbh, very uplifting! 🎶❤️ youtu.be/6dGaSLR_NH4?si=fkKn…

This lad is one of the best indie songwriters knocking around. Do explore his songs. Stunning stuff.

I released an instrumental album "Lost For Words". Songwriting is a very personal thing. I tend to mostly write about things that have happened or are happening in my life. If a political song turns up, so be it. But to keep churning it out is a turn off! adewilding.bandcamp.com/albu…

AI generated music is 1000x better than real music. Today I canceled Spotify and SiriusXM because I finally tested Suno. What sold me was the first prompt I gave it: “My favorite artists are A Day to Remember, Bring Me The Horizon, Spiritbox, Bad Omens, and Sleep Token. Analyze all their hits and generate a song I’m likely to love based on those artists.” It one shots an absolute banger in 10 seconds. I'll link the song in the next tweet for anyone curious. Why would I ever go back to Spotify/SiriusXM when I can generate music perfectly tailored to my taste on command, for free? Not affiliated with Suno in any way btw, it was just one of those moments where I was so impressed with AI’s capability I had to say something about it.

It’s taken 23 years to get here, but today I am harvesting my first crop of Olives.

A while back I shared pictures of the olives growing on a tree I planted 20-did years ago. Look at these beauts. Tree is covered in them. I am officially an olive farmer.

Curried cabbage and onion for lunch. A true test of your bravery would be going on a car journey with me in a few hours time, but you’re not allowed to wind the windows down.

Fantastic book . Political thriller, loads of twists etc, superbly written, edge of seat stuff.

The irony that this statement comes from the author of political thrillers has not escaped me. Nor should it escape you. amazon.co.uk/Puppet-Nation-K…
I should have included “now” and said “the most rebellious thing an artists can do NOW is create art that celebrates life and joy.” To me it is much more radical than joining the herd creating and maintaining the politics of division. It’s Facebook’s wet dream.

Having a row with an American friend who keeps making protest records about the American establishment. My point is that in a world where everyone shares their burdens, words, misery and moans, the most rebellious thing an artist can do is create art that celebrates joy and life.
